How to get "unglued" from a chair if you have Parkinson's


Many people with Parkinson's experience difficulty getting up out of a chair. Some people with PD  will say they feel "stuck" or "glued." Its not an uncommon problem and there are a few things you can try to make it a little bit easier to stand up !!!!!
